Liability for contents and links
The contents of our pages have been created with extreme care. We cannot, however, give any guarantee of the accuracy, completeness and currency of the contents. As a service provider, we are responsible under Section 7 Par. 1 TMG (Telemedia Act), for our own content on these pages in accordance with the general provisions. Under Sections 8 to 10 TMG we are, however, as service providers not obliged to monitor transferred or saved outside information or to look for situations which indicate an illegal activity. Remaining unaffected by this are obligations to remove or block the use of information in accordance with the general regulations. It is, however, only possible to be liable for an actual legal infringement after the time of becoming aware of it. On becoming aware of corresponding legal infringements, we shall immediately remove these contents.
Our website contains links to external websites of third parties, concerning the contents of which we have no influence. Because of this, we are also unable to provide any guarantees covering these external contents. The particular provider or administrator of the pages is responsible for the contents of the linked sites. The linked sites were checked for possible legal infringements at the time of linking. At the time of linking, no illegal contents were detectable. Permanent monitoring of the contents of linked sites is, however, impossible without any actual evidence of legal infringement. On becoming aware of legal infringements, we shall immediately remove contents of this type.
The contents and other contributions on our pages are subject to German copyright. Contributions from a third party are indicated as such. Downloads and copies of this site are permitted for private, non-commercial use only. The owners of the pages are at pains to constantly respect the copyrights of others or to use input created by themselves, as well as licence-free input.
